T-Rex Restaurant Disney Springs

From the bridge across the lagoon.

Yesterday, we had lunch at T-Rex in Disney Springs. Pretty sure two lunches shouldn’t cost over sixty dollars, but I admit the place is nifty. We got there about 25 minutes early and wandered around about 10 of those…took a few outside photos..😎
I think you can even read the menu.

Then we checked in (there was a short line) we were called in pretty quick.  For a place with no reservations available it sure had a lot of empty seats…maybe a staffing problem…🤷‍♀️

This is the Dino family at the entrance.

The bar (an underwater theme) was also at the entrance it was almost completely empty, so I’m wondering if that’s  the place to go if you don’t have reservations or a Landry card.

We were seated at a twofer, pretty close to most of the dinosaurs..
Service was very quick, and after we ordered, I jumped up and photographed most of the dinosaurs..here they are.

There was an ice cave room, too. Woolly Mammoths were guarding it, and there was a nifty Skelton in the ice wall…

Not long after the meal started (oh, here’s  a photo, I forgot at the beginning so we’d already started..😬). There was a ‘rain storm’ a little bit of noise, and flashing ceiling lights, then most of the Dino’s  moved their  heads a bit more than they were before. It was fun to see so many kids go over and pet the dinosaurs…
We ended up taking enough home for supper…
This is one final shot, it’s just the ceiling and back wall, but I thought it was pretty..
