Animal kingdom at night
We stopped at the entrance because I wanted the spring confetti shot…I had the magic kingdom one, so I almost didn’t get it…but I was alone before, now I was with Bob…I’m so glad we got it, it’s way better than the ones at the MK.
We had planned on dinner and a trip to Pandora tonight, (I wanted the woodsprite magic shot, and Bob had never been in Pandora at night) we arrived about 6:00…but the restrantasaurus closes at 5:15 🤷♀️ so we had a snack instead. Root beer float for me and a pretzel and cheese for Bob at the Dino Bite snack bar…
We still had a lot of time to kill…the Dinosaur ride was posted 10 minutes so we headed in…it was actually straight walk on…I had on an old magic band so not sure if my photo will show up. More about the Dino ride another day..
After that, it wasn’t dark yet, but we headed over to Pandora anyway…the flight of passage said 90 minutes…the line looked about half that, but we went to the Na’vi river as it said 40 minutes which if it really was would still make us late for the photo, but we risked it.
(More about this ride , too, some other time.) Lucky for us, it was about half the posted time…so we got out and went straight to the woodsprite photographer…she did a straight shot first…
She said she hoped she remembered how to take the woodsprite shots…I’m pretty sure she was kidding…
And apparently she was…we got one in each hand..
The waterfall photographer was doing night shots, too...we got that in just as they were shuting down..
Then, a few personal shots on the way out, and home bound. I said it already, but Pandora is just so pretty at night.
